Refund Policy

At Magic Scene Studio, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be as flexible and fair as possible while maintaining the integrity of our team’s time and preparation. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our services.

1. Deposits

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and services.

  • The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and is deducted from your total balance.

2. Cancellation by the Client

If you need to cancel your event, please notify us in writing (email or message) as soon as possible.

Cancellation timelines:

  • More than 7 days before the event:
    You may cancel and receive a refund of any payment made except the deposit.

  • 7 days or less before the event:
    No refunds will be issued, but we may offer a credit toward a future booking (subject to availability and at our discretion).

  • 24 hours or less before the event:
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your event at least 5 days in advance, subject to our availability.

  • If rescheduling is approved, your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

  • Rescheduling less than 5 days before the event may result in a new deposit being required.

4. Cancellation by Us

If we are unable to provide services due to illness, emergencies, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstance on our part:

  • You will receive a full refund, including the deposit,
    OR

  • You may choose to reschedule at no extra cost, based on availability.

5. Partial Service Issues

If part of the services are unsatisfactory or not delivered as agreed (e.g., photo booth malfunction, missing supplies), please notify us within 48 hours. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a partial refund or service credit.

6. No-Shows or Late Access

  • If our team arrives and is unable to begin services due to venue inaccessibility, missing client contact, or delays beyond our control, the booking will be considered a no-show after 30 minutes, and no refund will be issued.

  • If we are delayed due to traffic or internal issues, we will inform you and compensate the lost time or service.

7. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.
